Great for training purposes. I've been coaching youth football for 6 or 7 years now and I use this to work with my Quarterbacks. My son is starting to play 7 on 7 football this year and this is definitely getting a lot of use. The leagues rules say you get 4 seconds to get rid of the ball and this stand has a timer which I can set to 4 seconds or just under that to work on getting to ball out to a receiver in time. The buzzer is loud enough to hear and the stand is durable enough to withstand a little punishment. I wish it was like a quick release button so you could fold up and unfold quickly to make it easier to transport and a height adjustment so you can simulate the height of the center but other than that, it is ideal for training. May be some that have that other stuff on it but for the price I think it's great. I had and used it for some years and now that my son is playing 7 on 7 football it is getting even more use than before. Serious about our football here in Texas!!!

I like the Idea of the clock to help shooters get their shot quicker off 1 or 2 dribbles.If it is more stable idt would work much better.The legs are in the way of some players.It is too light and it tips over easily if it gets bumped.It's good for young players who are not as strong.
