CK Worldwide CK20-12SF 250A 12.5' 3-Pc Red Metal TIG Welding Torch

Can't believe I waited so long to buy one. Makes a world of difference while welding aluminum, really a necessity. I'll do what I can to save a few hundred dollars and I'll let you in on a $350-$600 cheap skate trick. I bought a 620 gph 11' lift fountain pump at harbor for $40, tossed it in a 5 gallon bucket of ice water after hooking up this torches inlet line to it, ran the torch hot water return line back into the bucket, plugged it in, cranked up the welder to 225 ac and smashed the pedal through the floor on some 6061 5/8 plate first running a pass to preheat, then going back over the weld immediately to fuse adding filler and at that thick I moved slowly and only took enough time to reposition between welds. Not once did this torch even begin to get warm, kid you not a few times I thought it might be chilly but wasn't for sure with tig gloves on. Awesome torch and awesome trick to save a few hundred bucks on a tig cooler.

What can I say? CK Worldwide is top of the line. Love my CK20 Water Cooled Torch. I'm running a DIY water cooler and have 25psi system pressure and it is very happy, with good flow-rate at that pressure.

I have a air cooled torch by this company and it's amazing other than it getting hot in my hand over 100 amps like a normal air cooled torch. I ordered this torch and there was a fitting that was having issues on the hose that was like a one in a million chance, I called up the company support and they had it taken care of right away and sent me a new hose and a glass tig cup for having to send it back. I weld professionally and have used some top end miller equipment, honestly this is just as good! The product is great, as expected CK torches are good and last long. The only thing I have an issue with, is in the description line it says FLEX, which if you are not careful it make you believe you are buying a Flex Headed torch, I don't know if it is done intentionally or not but for all other potential buyer this is not a CK20-FX torch is a CK20-RG. Other than that I will be using it and get the flex one later. No point returning it.

Keeps the torch cool and gives unprecedented weld control.

Like everything 200 amps and cool nothing like welding 200 amps with a bigger air cooled torch can't ask for more. I have three ck torches which work very nice but a have a job and have to make some long welds, well no air cooled torch will do well with that I think this one is going to stay on the welder from now on.

Leaked when i got it. Had to tighten the fittings which was a pain. But it works great now, just concerned about the connection quality. Not a big deal, leaked at the torch body. Just something to keep in mind. CK should address this issue.

Torch quality n performance CK to me is unmatched.

This torch will not attach to my Everlast 255 Tig welder this torch has no plug and twist connection it has a threader connect not good
