Hi Erika, you only need to use a small amount to cover the nail, the brush applicator helps with this. If used as directed (2-3 times a week) the tube should last for approximately 2 - 3 months depending on how many toenails you are applying it to.

can you use this product for your finger nails?

This product was developed for hard and thick toenails which are difficult to cut. This occurs when you are older. If your fingernails are thick and hard and difficult to cut the it will help, I should imagine. In any case, there shouldn't be anything in the product which is harmful. It states on the cover that it is rich and deeply nourishing which gently and safely softens hard, thick or brittle nails, making them easier to cut and manage. Hope this helps.
