It can be mixed with water and ice, and has all the flavor, including the cinnamon and sugar already mixed in. It's basically an instant mix in. It tastes pretty good, and while it suggests 2-3 tbs mixed with water, it isn't an exact science and you can just add more scoops to your liking. I mixed with a neutral oat milk and even blended it with some ice in a vitamix for a different effect. Came out good and flavorful either way. No complaints honestly, no bad flavors, aftertastes or textures. I'm not sure yet if it 100% dissolves smoothly in liquid, but if you've had homemade horchata you'll know that rice texture is always there anyway.
