Yes, it is an excellent vinyl cleaner and conditioner. They also offer a marine version of this, item# M5716. If you need just a cleaner (for tougher residue/stains), we suggest trying Meguiar's M3916 which is just a cleaner.

how good is this product for the rubber weather seal around the windows?

not only a cleaner but...conditioner. I use it on all rubber, plastics (abs), vinyl and tires. no problems on any of these surfaces, unlike other products I've used. really a great tire dressing so I would think weather seals are in the same area.

what is best product to clean and condition vinyl car tops

this will work wonders on Vinyl....it's really good..they changed the formula a bit so it's a little shinier than previously but still works great.
