Good product

TLDR: this is amazing and I highly recommend. You can’t beat the price, and if you’re wheels are that bad, use a sponge for a quick “scrub” before you rinse! I wish I took before and after pictures! I live in a condo where I don’t have a hose hookup, and I have a soft top Jeep, so I can’t just take it to a drive through car wash (will tryin the vinyl windows). That being said, I’m also lazy and haven’t washed my car in over a year. My Jeep is due for a manual car wash at one of those do it yourself stations. I hate feeling like I’m trying to beat the clock to wet, soap, scrub, and rinse my car without paying an arm and a leg, so I tried to do some prep work in my parking lot. My tires are filthy and my wheels are brown and caked in dirt, grease, and everything else. I sprayed my tires and saw this immediately starting to soak brown foamy sludge off. My back tires weren’t as horrendous as the front, and I used a hiking bladder to weakly spray this off. I was super impressed! I did the front tire next, and had brought a sponge out with me. I lightly scrubbed my front tires before I rinsed, since I didn’t have high water pressure to help me. I am amazed. I’ll use this again when I go to the do it yourself car wash, and rinse it off with the high pressure hose. I used almost half a bottle on all four tires, and just bought another bottle to keep on hand and one for my boyfriend to use on his truck! I am amazed at how cheap this product is and how well it actually worked.

I'll give it 4 stars, I personally mixed a little of this, with majority water in a hand held pump sprayer and smothered my wheels in foam, it was pretty cool to do, I felt like a social media detailer! anyway.. I foamed up my wheels, 2 at a time, I immediately saw dirt sliding off of the tires, the rims had some brake dust starting to build up in the corners and crevices, so I used a long rim brush to work the suds a little, on the tires too while I was there, then rinsed them off and I let them air dry in the driveway, it was my first time trying this ever, i think it did a great job considering I did a hack job brushing, it still knocked out a good majority of grime from tires and brake dust from black wheels, if I put in a slight bit of effort, im sure all the dirt will come off, and with some dressing, my wheels will look delicious! why 4 stars? in my opinion, this smells like beer spilled on the carpet 2 days ago! regardless, I like this and I will continue using this product, I have PVD chrome wheels on another vehicle and this won't harm the finish, I just wish it had a cherry scent!

I recently bought Mother's wheel brush Mothers Wheel & Wheel Well Long Handled Brush and after using it posted a review with before and after photos. The brush did a nice job, but left a couple of tough stains behind. I purchased Mothers foaming wheel cleaning to see if I can get those tough stains out. I covered the wheel with the foam, brushed with mother's wheel brush for about 2-3 minutes, and hosed off. Wow - no more stains! I was impressed. And, of course, it did an excellent job with the break dust. I have never seen my wheel that clean with just the car washing solution. I recently had back surgery, and still have discomfort when bending down. So it is very important for me to find products that work well without putting much strain on my back. I am very pleased! I am attaching before and after photos of the wheel, as well as a photo of the bottle next to a pen for relative size. I will post an update when the bottle is empty. It will be interesting to know exactly how many washes I get out of the bottle. I did not think I used much of the bottle content, the bottle still feels heavy. Note on price: I purchased this product on Amazon for under $8, as I am writing this review the price is $10. So the price on the on this product fluctuates. There is a nice online tool that I use to help catch a good price on Amazon, this tool is called "Online Price Alert". This tool will send you an email when the Amazon item price reaches the target price range that you specify. If you search on "online price alert" in Google it will be come up at the top. I find this tool to be very helpful.

It works great! Had to scrub just a little, but as soon as you spray it on, you can start seeing the dirt run off. We'll worth the price. With so many products out there, I've used Mothers products before and I think they are good quality, as this tire and wheel cleaner is. Will definitely buy it again.

So this was kind of a love/hate experience. It worked great when I used it. That being said, I got about four (? I wasn't counting) car washes out of a bottle. Which doesn't seem like a lot considering the cost. So does it work? Yes absolutely. And the Mothers rim/tire brush works great with it. But, it just doesn't last.

At first I should say that I never used special cleaners on wheels before. This product really impressed me. Using just wash fluid is not so effective and requires twice as much time (or even more) compared to Mothers Foaming. I did not use the Mothers Foaming strong by directions. It was said that product should be used on dry surfaces but I put it on the wheel after rinsing from a hose. Even if wheels looked clean I saw a lot of dirt slipping. I use small brush in some places to get a better effect. The only thing I wish from this cleaner is wider spray. Even putting cap to wide position the spray is more directed. It will be helpful for wheels with many details and thin spokes but not so helpful on my wheels. Despite it I use only about 1/6 of bottle contents so I think it's not bad for all four wheels. I will definitely buy this product again and recommend it to a friend.

My wheels were nasty. I cleaned them maybe once in the 5 years I have owned my Honda Accord. So, all that brake dust was caked on there real good. I had tried some other wheel cleaners in the past, but had poor results. Then I did some quick research and came across this product. The amazon reviews were glowing so I decided to give it a shot. A bit skeptical, I applied the stuff, waited, and took to brushing. Amazed, the thick cake actually broke up. After spraying the wheels with water, they were glistening like I haven't seen in years. Now, the Mother's didn't clean the wheels off completely. There was still some cake on there. I waited for the wheels to dry and reapplied. The cake was stubborn, but the Mother's got it off. I'm astounded at its performance. This is some good stuff. Other than that, I really can't comment on how well Mother's is at keeping the wheels clean. And frankly I don't care because I know that it can always clean them up in the end.

My husband has worked in a body shop for 40 years, won’t use anything but this product!!

I got it for about rs 700/- Since they found lot of takers for this brand, the price just went through the roof.

Product leaked inside the delivery package, so there much less of the remaining liquid in the bottle. Moreover It’s a corrosive chemical for vehicle tyre cleaning. While removing the package the liquid was touched by bare hand. Should ensure leak proof container and delivery. Very unfortunate to see Mothers product has deteriorated in quality.

This cleaner works a treat. I used it on a set of 20-year-old alloy wheels with years of baked-on brake dust and discolouration, and they came up shiny again after just one treatment. I did need to apply it a second time, but only because I missed a few spots the first time. The instructions recommend working quickly, so it's easy to overlook an area if you're not paying attention. Overall, it cleaned far better than I expected and made a noticeable difference with very little scrubbing. I'd happily buy it again.

Took me about 5 minutes on each wheel to clean and rinse but this worked better than expected. The wheels were left looking like when i first got the car and have had some nice comments about clean the car looked by others at work.
