This bottle lasts me about 3 months (maybe more like 2 months in warmer weather). I have using this for about 3 years. As with most natural products, it is good to rotate with others. I use Native deordants on shaving days because this contains alcohol (it can burn a bit if you have a shaving nick or too). Please don't ever discontinue this product!!
