It doesn't matter which way the door opens (in or out), all that matters is if you're looking at the indicator and then at the door hinges, hinges left, Left-sided… I wasn't sure, so I contacted their customer support through their insta-chat on the site. Got that answer in a few seconds. Glad I'm not wasting time returning anything.Lock works as promised with the button and one-move opening to get out (the "ADA" selling point).
