Great supplement
I've been using promix collagen, protein powder and creatine for months and could not be happier. Recently added the liver to my stack and its chefs kiss! Easy on digestion
Great way to get some iron and for gut health. I used another brand and it irritated my digestive system. Switched to Promix and have had smooth sailing.

Six Pills? Absolutely Not.
I went into this one optimistic. Grass-fed raw beef liver capsules? Sure. Easy way to get nutrients without, you know, eating liver. But then I saw the serving size and immediately felt personally attacked. Six. Capsules. Per. Day. I’m sorry, but if I need to swallow half a fistful of pills just to get the advertised benefits, that’s not a supplement—that’s a part-time job. No thank you. I don’t care how clean, pure, or grass-fed this stuff is… asking for six capsules a day is a deal-breaker of Olympic proportions. I wanted to like these. Truly. But the serving size alone earns a hard, unapologetic pass from me.
