It is one can. Idk who listed this, but you are correct that nobody would pay that much for one can. Amazon did credit my account, but I was disappointed because I love this flavor.

How do you opener canister of kool aid ?

This canister you remove part of the label up top and the lid screws right off. Or a kitchen butter knife and score the indentation between the lid and jar and screw it off. Hope this helps!
