When he is under stress both can flair up. His anxiety can become extreme. So, for him, day 2 his stress levels had reduced significantly. After a week I found no evidence of blood in his urine. It's a new diagnosis and so far, after easing back on gabapentin his symptoms have come back once already. Much like many other cat parents, I sought out solutions to prevent having to put Salem on fluoxetine for stress.
