This product is good.
I like this product. I used it because a doctor ordered me to take Vitamin D and I don't like pills.

Love them, can feel it working right away
Patches bypass our bad gut health, they also bypass being processed by the liver so your body gets fast direct Vit D. I suggest using a lil rubbing alcohol on the spot you want to use patch if you have a problem with adhesion. Also if your older, have health probs etc...i suggest using 2 patches daily.

Easy to use, unsure of results
I have a Vit D deficiency. I have adverse effects when taking the pill form Vit D prescribed by my physician. i was hoping these may be a replacement **please note I am aware they make no such claim** On the critical side: I did not experience any adverse effects with this patch, however, I did not experience any positive effects either. I will not be using them again. On the bright side: They are easy to use, and stick well - even in the shower. I found it better to wear overnight just so I didn't forget to take it off (recommended 8H wear). They do leave residue when you remove - so if you have sensitive skin you will want to rotate the sites.

Convenient
My vitamin levels were a bit low on my last bloodwork so my doctor recommended I try adding something in. I struggle with swallowing pills and was glad to find these patches as an alternative. One star off as the sticky isn’t super strong. Especially if like me you live somewhere with high humidity outside.

Transdermal Patches DO NOT work—Google it.
Well, I feel stupid. I take about 15 pills a day which I try to space out but still that’s a lot of pills to swallow. When I wanted to add NAD (for memory) and D (because I’m low) I saw these patches come up & thought “What a great idea!”. So I bought a bunch. At my 6 month blood test—my levels are really low. Actually dangerously low. Sort of like I wasn’t taking ANY supplements. Yeah, exactly because as far as my body was concerned—I wasn’t. My doctor actually laughed at me. Transdermal patches are a total scam. The molecules are too big to pass through the skin. Google it yourself—or ask Rufus. But *please* don’t spend $24 (in my case x by 6) on skin patches that are basically stickers. Look for naturally derived vitamins and supplements (not the crap from China in most commercial brands which *will*raise your blood levels but are pretty sus as far as origin). After doing research, I switched almost all my vitamins. You will too.

Easy to use
Until my doctor orders a blood test to know what my D3 level is, I don't know about the absorption.
