This is a nice option for bedside hair washing. We used it for my Grandma and it worked out decently well. It does seem like it takes 2 people to operate it as the back of the inflatable "sink" tips up when the patient has their neck on it then the water all goes toward their head/neck. The "sink" was easy to pump up and use. The full kit includes everything you need which is great! We used a 5 gallon bucket next to the bed to drain the water as we used it and to make it easier to get my Grandma's head out of the sink without getting water everywhere when we repositioned or were done with the sink. Definitely recommend as an option. It is nice and cushioned unlike some of the plastic ones out there.

My parents are elderly. My dad is bedridden. My mom washed his hair in his bed and water got everywhere. I tried to think of a solution and I saw this product. We tried it and my dad's head fit perfectly in the inflatable basin. He's a heavy set man. There was a bag you fill with warm water from the sink. You have to hold it up high so the water can flow down the tube. Turn the knob so that the knob is parallel to the tube. Then the water comes out like a mini shower hose. It's great! There was also a shawl so my dad wouldn't get wet, not that he needed it, but we put it on him, and there was a plastic pad that goes under him, so that the bed doesn't get wet, not that we needed that either, but we used them both. The water stays right in the basin and not a drop leaks out. Now my mom has such an easy time washing my dad's hair in his bed. I am just so thankful that we bought this product. This is one less thing to worry about thanks to this great invention! Highly recommend for anyone to buy!

It's wonderful for cleaning my bedridden grandmother's hair. My only complaint is that it leaks from the water bag around the hose that you use to shower the hair with. A simple waterproof silicone tape fixed that. It has a nice depth to catch the water, the shower bag is a HUGE blessing, it has a little pillow inside it. There is a drape and a mat for catching water. I am very thankful for this product. It has allowed us to do my grandma's hair so she can feel pretty.

My mother is in her late stage of frontotemporal dementia and completely bedridden; we needed a way to immediately wash her hair after receiving her hospital bed; getting her in and out of the shower even with a hoyer lift etc wasn’t feasible so went on a whim and took a chance with finding a solution for our dilemma; INCREDIBLY SATISFIED, I highly suggest having a bucket for the drain ready and using an air mattress pump for faster inflation (takes a while and the ballon manual pump that comes with it seems like it would take too long (except for the headrest portion) we had three people to assist with this process(just easier)the cape that goes around the neck is nice for the patient/loved one, also comes with a waterproof flat towel like rest for the bed (we also used floor towels in addition for extra protection for the hospital bed, the portion to fill up water with shower head to rinse can be filled high but we placed it in a small basin and held shower head upward before use so it wouldn’t leak, we had one person squeeze the water while I directed it onto the hair for washing/rinsing and the other held the drainage hose to ensure water was being distributed into the bucket; this is literally an amazing product as it aides helping someone who is bedridden to still allow their hair to be washed and cleaned; my mother was comfortable during the whole time even slept as she was getting her massaged; would absolutely recommend to anyone who is bedridden. Thanks to this product my mom was able to have a clean head of hair again; it made our day BUY IT! Use multiple people and it will give you hope to keep your loved one well maintained! Hope this helps for those needing this in situations like these.

pure junk... like another review said awesome idea.... but pure junk, the pump broke after ten pumps.... Would not recommend this product to anyone... I might tell people not to buy it...

Was uncomfortable for my spouse to use even slipping in additional foam padding around the neck. Kept water contained.

I absolutely love this shampooing gadget! Very easy to use, it doesn't leak she didnt get wet at all and it is VERY comfortable! I highly recommend this one ☆☆☆☆☆

Got this for bedridden husband. Much better than the products available 20 years ago when I last had to wash hair in bed. Pretty straightforward to set up and use. Good value for the money. I'd recommend: (1) having a large trash can at bedside to drain sudsy water into. The drain hose is not especially generoous and may flip around when water is going through. Put some towels under the trash can as well just in case. (2) fill up water bag about 2/3 full so yoou're sure to rinse out all the shampoo (3) keep basin inflated once you've done it. It's too hard to keep reinflating it for each shampoo using the little syringe. I hope in the next product update they'll lengthen both the water bag and basin hoses.

Ordered this for my daughter( 4 years old) as she hates having her hair washed so we thought this might help. It did help a lot and we were able to wash her hair with minimal crying from her. Plus it doubles as a tub for her Barbie's too when we aren't using it for her hair 🤣

I don’t write reviews but this product is wonderful and I want people to know it. My mother is bedridden and the only thing we could use was dry shampoo. The portable hair sink works incredibly well. Everything is included even plastic that fits over her shoulder and around her neck.
