Levi's Women's Authentic Trucker Jacket

OK, here's the scoop on this jacket. First, the 'color plantation' is brown although it looks black in the image. I wish they would just call the color as it is. Returned for black, which Levi doesn't have. So I replaced with the color 'crowd pleaser' which is really gray with white speckles but kinda cool. I found that the gray jacket fit better than the brown jacket even though the same size. I'm 5'1", 120 pounds, DD cups, little body, yeah I'm a freak of nature, born this way, little monster and all that. So the large fit well. Normal larges would have been too big so I think this may be a junior. Other reviews suggested one size up so I did and happy I did.Overall, the quality appears very nice, authentic, but I think it's a Levi knock-off and not a true Levi jacket. Here's why, first, it's made in Indonesia, a bummer since Levi is such an 'all American brand.' Second, there are no traditional Levi labels such as in the back near the neck, and on the little doohickey on the top front pocket. Yes, there's a cleaning tag inside that says where it's made and it does have the Levi name on it but I've been a true Levi fan most of my 64 years on this planet and the true Levi brand is proud to flaunt it's logos and name. This jacket doesn't do that.On the 'plantation' jacket that I returned, they actually had sown a plain label over the real label as if to hide what was underneath. So, these jackets are either Levi knock-offs or Levi screw-ups that were sold on the cheap to folks in Indonesia for reselling without the logo. In spite of all that, the quality seems pretty good. It does have 1% stretch which is barely noticeable but some may not like that. Also, I'm short-wasted so it fits really well along my back and waist but for someone taller my guess it would be a little shorter like on the model in the amazon photo. Overall, am happy with the jacket, half the price of true Levi jackets, same look though, most would assume its a Levi, lack of labels not that obvious unless you work in a Levi store.

This was my third purchase of a Juniors Authentic Trucker jacket (not the longer more fitted Women's version of the trucker jacket). I previously purchased this jacket in the "Black Fog" and "Valley Blue" colors in a size medium (I'm 5'3" 115#) and they fit great. This jacket in a size medium was snug - and it's 100% cotton so I know it'll be even smaller after it's washed. I am returning it for a large. Only problem is the sleeves are already too long, so I'm not too sure about the large, but I like the faded color enough to give it a shot. FYI, I noticed the "Black Fog" and "Valley Blue" jackets are made in Sri Lanka, but the "Rosebud Blue" one is made in China. Also, the "Rosebud Blue" jacket seems thinner than my other 2 jackets.

Great classic cropped Levi's jean jacket. I chose Rosebud Blue. Goes with everything. Only complaint is that the sleeves are too narrow; my arms are pretty snug in them & it sort of restricts my arm movements & doesn't allow me to roll the sleeve up all the way to my elbows, only near my wrists. I'm 5'4", 145lbs, size 11 or L in juniors, size 8/10 or S/M in women's. Hopefully i can kind of stretch it out. Other than that it's lovely & I know it's going to last forever.

I wasn't sure whether to order the Women's or Juniors size in this jacket, but ended up settling on the Juniors size. It's not oversized by any means, I bought the Extra Large because I wanted to be able to layer it over sweaters and more, and I usually wear a Medium size top. This does fit over sweaters and hoodies, but it's not as oversized as I expected it to be for the Extra Large. It's a great basic though and has the economical high quality I love about Levi's products!

Though this says Women's, this jacket is actually sized for juniors. I am 5'6", 118 lbs, 32A. I usually take XS in women's sizes. Originally ordered Small in this jacket, and it was still tight across the shoulders and two inches too short in the sleeves. The medium fits perfectly. Very cute jacket. Shadowy dust color is an authentic, dark denim. Distressing isn't fake looking, and the cropping hits in a flattering spot at the natural waist. I highly recommend, just be sure to size up at least one or two sizes from your usual.

I love this jacket and I'm glad that I didn't listen to the other reviewers about it running small. As I waited for it to arrive, I worried that the medium would be too snug. However it fit exactly as I would expect a medium to fit. I don't know what they expected. It has true classic styling with the four exterior pockets and two inside pockets. The "authentic" versus the "classic" version is shorter but not quite cropped. The fabric has a bit of stretch and the Valley Blue color is a nice saturated medium blue and not too washed out. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This jacket is classic & iconic without looking too "throw-back". I'm 5'7", 127 lbs, 32B. I typically wear women's size 2 or XS in jackets. I purchased the size small since this is a junior's and it fits perfectly. The material is dense but soft with a little stretch, although there is not enough room to wear a sweater underneath. For that I would recommend going up another size. It is slightly cropped, looks great with sundresses, maxi dresses, loose tops with leggings, boots, etc. Perfect for spring, summer or fall. The wash is so classic. I actually considered some of the other (much more expensive) options before going with this jacket. I could not be happier with my decision!

I'm kind of a petite woman (5'1" about 130 Ibs) and I decided to order the Rosebud Blue, Medium. The jacket is a little snug around my shoulders and arms but it still looks pretty good on. Also, it's a little difficult to roll up the sleeves but I think if I lost a little weight it would be perfect. I think if I went a size up it would be too big that's why I decided not to return it. Overall, I would recommend because it's good quality and isn't bulky looking.
