This is a very rugged piece of equipment. It is being used for daily vlogging and I can say that this keeps up well with my other equipment. I am recommending this. This can hold my phone and GoPro, together with my light and mic. The good thing is. You can put this in a cold shoe mount for easy removal on monopods and tripods

I use this bracket to setup my flash paparazzi style, it worked ok. I wish that was risen up an inch or two in the cold shoe side. If you have a modifier on a forward pointing speed light it can either sneak into the photo or blast light right into the edge of the lens. Now true paparazzi style brackets have a bend in them so that the flash isn’t exactly next to the camera, it’s either risen up or slightly back, but those range from $30-100 depending on brand. I’d say for the price this is pretty good. It does what I need it to. I’ve also started using it on my medium format film camera to mount my flash trigger, and via a sync cable now I can shoot in the studio on film, which makes me happy. The bracket itself seems durable and stable. However the reason it’s only 4 stars is that whenever I mount it to either camera, I find it very hard to get it right enough where I can’t move it out of place. It won’t shift on its own, but it doesn’t take a lot of force to move it off axis. I don’t worry it will fall off, and for the trigger it’s not a big deal. But if my flash is facing forward and after moving around an event it’s now facing slightly left, and I have to keep adjusting it, it gets annoying. It’s good, not perfect. It’s definitely an affordable solution to my needs and I’ll continue using it.

I'm happy with the Bracket Extension Bar it works very good it holds both my Camera Accessories my Camera Light & Microphone my Camera Handle grip & 2 Tripod fit under the Extension Bar and holds well enough so for any YouTube Video Vlogers looking for an extra arm to hold any Camera Accessories on to their Camera for filming any of their Videos I'd recommend getting this item.

The bracket does the job as intended. All is great, except the fact that it is on the way of charging/transferring cable. It's a small "pain" to insert the cable when you need to charge the battery or transfer photos. (Sony a6400) Other then that it's a fantastic device.

I'm a hybrid Photographer/Videographer and this little gadget is a quick and simple solution to hold the microphone at the same time, as the main shoe mount is reserved for the flash. It feels durable and screws on tight.

The BAR itself works great. Nice and thick, should resist bending quite nicely. "The 1/4'' Tripod Screw" on the other hand is weak asf and completely twisted off just trying to get a snug fit. Luckily I was able to work around that piece and didn't end up needing it. Should be sold without this piece because it is utterly useless!

I bought this so I could mount my shotgun mic on extension instead of the hot shoe on the camera (Sony has not yet learned to open the screen to the side instead of up behind the mic/flash/light/monitor or anything else you mount in the hot shoe) However, it's too short. It isn't long enough to get the mount point past the edges of the camera. So you can't use it. My smaller Ars Technica shotgun mic won't fit in the mount because it's too close to the camera body when mounted to the right. You can't mount it to the left because then you can't plug in any of the cables (HDMI, Mic, Power etc). This is a useless product. It needs to be about 5 inches longer to be useful.... (I know what you're thinking...)

This is a very poor quality item that uses sub-par metal. The paint chipped away immediately on first use, and the screw it came with was made out of metal I could snap with my fingers. It broke under just the pressure on a 5" monitor. DO NOT BUY, get a similar part from a proper manufacturer like smallrig
