I used it on my curly hair for a blowout and on another occasion used the diffuser for a curly look both performed very well. The diffuser snaps on the and of the dryer easily and stays secure.one thing I noticed about this dryer is that it doesn’t seem to get scalding hot.never once did fee I and discomfort from excessively high heat.my current hair dryer is the same wattage and about the same size and this one is almost half the weight. This would beat great hair dryer if you suffer from repetitive injury to your arm or have to hold the dryer for long periods of time. I can’t stress enough how lightweight this dryer is.even the plug is light weight.but I have a hair time finding thatAnywhere are onthe box or on the dryer itself. The actual air output seems a little less than my present 1875 watt dryer but that dryer has a smaller nozzle which may be making the air stream feel stronger. I actually prefer the airstreams feel stronger.
