**Q: I wanted to buy a train ticket but it said I need a zip code, my zip code address doesn't work, what zip code is the answer?**
A: Hi, Make sure to register your card at the gift card mall before you try to use it. When you open the card, they tell you how but you have to read a lot of small print. So just go to Google. Type in gift card mall (This is all one word) register MasterCard (A total of 3 words). Click on the first thing you see which should be (MasterCard Gift Card -  GiftCardMall.com). But if not, it will be second or third. Register your card. Your email is optional but always give it to them so they can verify you. After your registration is complete, press the second tab at the top. Enter your card information to check your balance. It should be the same as the amount on the card you bought.

If this does not work for you, you will have to call the number on back of the card. The same number is on the back of all MasterCard gift cards and you can also find it by scrolling down the page you registered on and clicking the question (How can I check the balance on my card?)

**Q: Can someone please tell me why it says it cant be shipped to my house?**
A: Well I don.t know where your house is but some states don't like that it has a credit card name with only gift card capabilities as it may mislead consumers to purchase thinking they can build their credit or buy now/ pay later as if it were credit etc and I'd bet your house is in one of those states :)

**Q: Once payment is made is there an option to get the information electronically to activate and use the card or is the only option to have a hard copy?**
A: The only option is a hard copy.  I do not recommend this card at all, it's very very very hard to use.

**Q: when i get it, i need to activate / register it online and then it is ready to use , correct ? where does it say on witch website ? thanks**
A: You do not have to activate, I don’t think! Just enter the # and pin to use online or use it in store as you would a credit/debit card. I give them as gifts for Xmas.
