A: Yes, this one is the unsweetened version that you may use for cookingPlease note this is a PURÉE , not whole cooked chestnuts.

A: I have made a filling by using the chestnut purée with some icing sugar and butter, I’m sorry I don’t have a recipe, mine was guess work.

A: It is good for about three weeks to a month in the fridge before getting moldy. We just push the cover to the top of the remaining puree and cover with foil, blocking as much air as possible.
