Bought these nerf bars because they were priced right. Wow they are awesome, easy to install and very sturdy!! When installing it is good to have someone to help hold the bar, but I did it by myself and used a bucket and a 4x4 to hold it up, very easy, maybe 30 mins to remove the old ones and install the new ones!! Great product, instructions are clear and the steps work and look great, was concerned I might have to crawl under my truck to install these but not so, I just used my low mechanics roll around chair and it went quite well, I did have to break out my tap set as one of the welded-on nuts at the end of the tube would not allow the bolt to thread on, but fairly painless fix and the other 3 were all good, finished in about 2 hours and I was not rushing nice product.

This product was easy to install. I had hip surgery just two months prior to purchasing this product and am nothing short of glad I did. I have a 2017 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab and it fits like a charm. I weigh approximately 265lbs and I step on the rails with easy. I haven't had any issues where I feel it's loose or that I am too heave. Great product. I recommend this product to anyone who just needs rails. They are very sturdy.

First impressions: great product. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Front and rear brackets seem stout. Bolted up fairly easily, center bracket is a little tricky as it’s 2 pieces and you have to get the first part tightened up to the truck just right before you can mount the arm that attaches to the step. Pictures in the directions are clear and mounts are labeled for each location. Materials are on the light duty side. Probably wouldn’t use these on a truck being used in heavy off road but for a daily driver it’s good enough considering the price.

Easy install

Running boards are exactly as advertised - arrived quickly - are a great value! Seemed like they were custom made for my 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Crew Cab. Tremendous value compared to dealer option. Job took about an hour and 10 minutes, but I’m old - lol.

Ver satisfied with this product. We have had them for sometime now and they are holding up very well. Happy with our purchase- would recommend.

Overall, I guess these are okay. Missing 2 of the 6 sets of 8mm bolts, lock washers, and flat washers, which I was able to pick up at Lowes. I have a 2006 2500HD Silverado crew cab and the center bracket for these is backwards from what it needs to be in order to allow using both bolts to secure the arm to the bracket. If you try to use it as directed you won't be able to secure the arm (the part that connects to the tube) to the center bracket with both bolts. I was able to swap them and secure one of them with two bolts, but the other with just one. Other than that, they are easy to install. The brackets are not as stout as the originals, but they seem like they'll do the job.
