**Q: does this all come assembled like shown in photo**
A: Yes, it comes just like shown in the picture.

**Q: Is the grease for the synthetic gears as well as the metal gear?**
A: If I remember correctly the grease was for the synthetic gears. I would do a Google search for part # 41C4220A. That's were I found a link to a YouTube video that demonstrated how to repair your garage door motor using this kit.

**Q: Will this fit a 91 Craftsman 41A3625?  Thanks**
A: No

**Q: From 1 through 3 how easy is it to replace those parts from the original unit, 3 means you need to hire a contractor.**
A: If you have any mechanical ability and can follow written directions, I would rate it an easy 1.  You can also get help on line from several DIY web sites.  Just don't tighten the chain/cord too tight.  It needs to sag about 1/2 to 5/8 inch, in my opinion.
