My mum always checked the back of her hair in a mirror using a hand held mirror when I was growing up to make the most of her appearance. I've had the odd one or two hand mirrors for the same purpose, but this is the best basic hand held mirror so far. It's not too heavy, it's quiet wide, and comfortable to use, and it seems well made. I've had it for sometime now and would be quiet happy to recommend it to friends and family.

This mirror is a really good size and good value for money. The image is really clear, much clearer than i imagined it would be. Not to heavy to hold and feels well made and strong, so i haven't yet found any minuses with it. I use it when styling my hair to be able to see the back but can be used to apply makeup or whatever you want really.

I was surprised at how big this mirror was when it arrived, not having looked at the dimensions before buying it. It's large enough to see all the back of your head when cutting your own hair and very easy and comfortable to hold. The handle is quite thick and rounded so there's plenty to get a grip of and the whole thing is very well-made and nicely finished. I've had mirrors before that have had the glass edge exposed, which isn't very safe, especially when you're cleaning it but the edge of this is fully covered by the frame, making it easy to clean without risking cutting yourself. All in all, a very good quality product for the price and one which should last for many years to come - provided I don't drop it like I did the last one!
