As you have sealer or an epoxy coated floor it can't penetrate so you would be wasting your time and money. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great, great, great...worth every $ *by D***D on September 17, 2019* Never sealed anything before but just had a new concrete driveway poured and wanted to protect against salts over the winter. The 8505 was easy to apply, I used a standard 2 gallon garden sprayer with a flat spray nozzle setting and a cheap plastic mixing bucket with measurements on the side. It went on evenly, dried quick (2nd coat goes on almost as soon as first coat is done in an area, within minutes), and is already very very water resistant. I haven’t seen it protect against salt, but all claims so far have been 100% spot on. Driveway didn’t change appearance at all after it dried either. I highly recommend! (And customer service is incredible) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works as expected *by B***D on October 16, 2019* Love how easy it was to apply with a good sprayer (not a lawn sprayer, good brass tip sprayed a nice fan pattern). It was pricey but seems to work extremely well so far. I am going to spray a small pad next to my driveway with a product that is similar but 1/2 the price then I will know in a few years if Ghost shield was worth the price but so far the performance is outstanding! Pressure washed and cleaned with a mild Muriatic acid first then neutralizer. Product soaked in well and does what it says, so far so good. ### ⭐ Looks bad when wet! *by M***E on April 2, 2021* I wanted sealer that would be stain resistant around the pool. Easy to apply. I mixed and applied per the directions. It looks good after it was dry. But when it gets wet the water beads as it should, but forms a dark spot underneath in the concrete. It’s been over a week and still looks bad when it gets water on it. You can see my footprints, spots from leaves, or anything that gets water on the concrete that won’t go away until the concrete drys. Even if you wipe up the water the dark stain stays. In the photos you can see where concrete was sealed next to unsealed and see big difference.Looks bad and I’m very disappointed.
