This is a large bag of fresh pumpkin seeds. There was no dust or broken seeds. Very tasty. The seeds are a good size with a lovely texture. Because they are fresh they should have a high nutrient level. I sprinkle them onto my breakfast

I buy this product frequently but not at regular intervals. I like the flavour, colour and texture. Quality has always been good so I buy this brand every time. However, I do get fed up with food suppliers asking me to review EVERY delivery. I will ignore all future review requests as they become annoying and time wasting. If I am disappointed with the product I will let you know. Otherwise, you can assume I am happy with it if I keep ordering. Do not ask me to review it again!!!
