I thought I got my pre-baby size but it feels like I should have sized up because it is so tight that I can’t wear it for long. However, when I do wear it it works wonderfully. It gives a good compression and you can’t really see it under your clothes. I wear it over my underwear. I have a short torso so it does roll down a little bit under my bra so be mindful of that. Otherwise, I’d buy it again with sizing up even though I feel like sizing up would make it too loose.

These worked WONDERFULLY! I wish I had purchased these after I had my first child. With my first I wore just normal underwear and had a velcro post-partum band that I wore occasionally, only because it was uncomfortable and pain to take off and on when going to the bathroom, plus it was impossible to keep discrete- it was uncomfortable and odd looking under clothing, and over clothing...well, its obviously there. With my second pregnancy, I decided to try these, and what a difference!! I started wearing them right after I delivered and it made getting out of bed easier, made my recovery time MUCH faster than with my first birth, and made me look a lot slimmer a lot faster. My abdominal muscles are so weak after delivery, and these really made me feel supported. They are very comfortable, true to size, and so much easier to deal with than some band you wear either under or over your clothing. I am a month out from delivering my second child and have had numerous people remark on how great I look so soon, and I attribute it to 1.) breastfeeding a little champ, and 2.) this underwear. If there is another child in my future, this product is an absolute MUST...and I will also greatly recommend them to any pregnant friends of mine. Wish I knew about them sooner! Plus if I am going out with friends and want to look a little slimmer, this helps bring in that little extra bulge- like spanx but much more comfortable.

I ordered this item to help me fit into my professional outfits 4 months postpartum so I could return to work. It helps somewhat but I was hoping it would provide more girdle type support. PROS: not bulky, can be hidden under clothing, does provide some support Bulkiness: it's very light weight and easy to hide under clothes. It doesn't bunch up and it stays in place. Support: it does offer some support so if you need the product to help with core support it works well for that. Personally my ribs bother me a lot since birth. This product helps to support them and keep them in place which helps to relieve the pressure I would otherwise feel. CONS: doesn't hold in the loose belly like I had expected I had hoped it would provide a girdle like support to help slim down an inch (or maybe two) so I could return to my normal clothes for work. Unfortunately it's not very good at that so I'm still limited on my outfits that I can wear to work. Overall it's a good product and I am glad that I ordered it. If you're looking for something to help add core support after birth it's a good product for that. If you're looking for a product to help slim down so you can finally wear pants with a zipper, this is not the product to use.

I got these for after my second pregnancy in the hopes they'd provide some compression and help my stomach shrink back down (isn't that what we all hope for?!). I ended up having to have a csection but I had already opened these and washed them, so I couldn't exchange them for the csection version. But it looks like they're the same, just with something over the incision area on the csection version. I didn't wear these until my incision had healed (about 3 weeks) anyway, so I didn't worry about it. They aren't super compression-y- they won't replace a dedicated abdominal binder. But they definitely help you feel a little more secure in your abdominal area while you're moving around. They're also very smoothing, which is great when you feel like a deflated balloon. They kept everything in enough that I felt like I could wear regular tops again and also helped jeans not irritate the nerves above my scar, which stay sensitive for some time after surgery (my doctor told me hers were for a year!). I didn't have any issues with them rolling down and the sizing was pretty good. I wore maternity size mediums at the end of my pregnancy and I was a 10 in post-pregnancy pants when I went back to work at 8 weeks. I'm down to an 8 now and the S/M still fit. I ordered a couple more pairs since I have to look decent at work 5 days a week!

I put a chapstick in the picture to compare size. The gusset is narrow, but so long! It needs to be a wider coverage on the front, but shorter/less length in the under carriage. It’s just an odd fit in the gusset and lower part of the butt area. For the most part the top part stays up, but it does sometimes roll under the back fat. The compression is the only good thing about these, but it’s so annoying continuously pulling and tugging to keep the material in place.

I like these better than the c-section version even though I am a c-section mom. These are great at lifting my belly and compressing for support even for sneezes and coughs post c-section. They are relatively comfy as well.

Personal experience but it was very uncomfortable and the underwear left ridges on my skin from the fabric and irritated my scar. I couldn’t wear these for more than a few hours at a time. I got this because it was recommended by the hospital. Sizing is as expected.

Had a c section and these were great to aid with healing process

I found these riding up my front and back and I was constantly picking out a wedgie. They have great support but they also come up super high which is handy if you’re wearing pants and shirt. With a dress on it’s a little less comfortable
