Sassy Water-Based Lube - Thick, Long-Lasting Gel, Natural Lube for Women/Men/Couples, Unscented, 4.2 Fl Oz

Best water base lube I have ever had. But hope the bottle design get improved

After doing a lot of reading about lubricants' performance and the ingredients we should avoid or prefer, we began using Sliquid Sassy over ten years ago. It is everything we want in a lube: kind to our bodies and our toys (no problems ever), does not dry out quickly, thick enough to stay where you put it, minimally messy (and water-based so easy to clean), and very slippery. I recommend it. All pros, no cons. (I'll pass on the invitation to share a video or photo. Suffice it to say that the product is clear.)

Gentle, reliable and minimal product needed per use.

I am very sensitive when it comes to lube, and this one caused very minimal burning which was barely noticeable after a while. It doesn’t dry out too fast and the consistency is great. I’m sure this would work amazing for someone less sensitive, but overall I enjoyed it and would probably purchase again !

We have tried a lot of others and keep coming back to Sassy. Very slick and long lasting for a water based lube.

It doesn’t really have a taste, it doesn’t get super sticky but it doesn’t last very long

I was using this for non-intimate use, but largely in the whole genital area, mostly to address rashes and some rectal issues. I wanted to see how a non-oily, non-greasy lubricant would work compared to others I've tried in the past. I tried The Sliquid Sassy, H2O, and Silver. The good news is that it works very well on sensitive/raw skin - like the kind might end up with from a sunburn or razor burn, where even contact with normal salves is unpleasant. It's very much a neutral solution - if you want to try something without any extra compounds, just lubricant, this works okay. It washes off very easily, and doesn't stain clothing. However, it is inferior to use-specific alternatives in almost every respect. Aloe works better for most rashes. Oil-based lubricants works better for most internal issues, such as fissures. It doesn't last long enough to lubricate the inner-thigh for vigorous exercise. When is use as a lubricant, I found that it clumps up very quickly, within a few minutes. The Sassy is better than the H2O on account of its thickness, but I would say stick with oil-based lubricants for most medical issues. Silicone lubricant is also much longer lasting,but that can stain many fabrics, which limits its utility.

Sliquid Sassys is an excellent lube and I love the prduct. Unfortunately, there are a lot of counterfeit bottles being sold on amazon. The manufacturer does not sell to amazon direct, so any bottles sold here are second hand at best. Legit product is clear, with no color tint. When shaking the bottle, the lube should be thick and clings to the sides like a gel, tiny bubbles should stay suspended in the gel for at least a few minutes. Does not turn any color, and thickens slightly if the cap is left open. Fake product will have a flowing, runny consistency like maple syrup or other lubes, with bubbles rising immediately to the top like water. It may turn a slightly yellow or greenish tint after a few days. All bottles have had a seal and a batch/exp date, so this does not mean anything. It is possible some of these were improperly stored and spoiled, but could also be tainted product. There is no way to know what you are getting, don't put random liquids in your holes!

I would have liked this....it’s a water-based, thicker lubricant. It’s essentially the same as the regular version Sliquid, but with a thicker consistency, which makes it more comfortable to use as a woman. Unfortunately, I had to stop using it due to the citric acid, which irritated my very sensitive skin. Otherwise, it worked as intended. I knew this product was a gamble because I have sensitive skin. Nothing wrong with the product, just my body didn't vibe with it. Like most water-based lubricants, it dried out fairly quickly, but that’s to be expected with any type of water-based product. Cost saving tip - You can revive it by misting it with water when it 'dries' out and it goes back to being slippy before you need to apply more. Always do a 30-minute patch test on the back of your hand/wrist before applying it to sensitive areas, to check for any reactions or irritation.

My fav lube ever. Lasts and it's good quality

Super slippery but thicker than their liquid version, for a reason - it is for a different purpose. Lasts quite long before drying out (15 min?) but easily becomes slippery again with a little water or saliva. A little goes a long way so the bottle lasts a long time. Love that it is made from natural products. Have been using it for years.
