This was a project to install and took two days because we had a stripped screw and had to wait for a tool to fix it. The final stage had some parts that didn't meet correctly, and we had to force it a bit. We had a fierce storm come up out of nowhere, and it moved the gazebo a few inches, but it did not blow away, and we had some of our trees come down during the storm. The build is very sturdy, is it very functional and it looks great. We were able to match the color of the gazebo with our patio tables and chairs. We used it every day, and we are really enjoying. We will add more accessories as we go along. It feels like an additional room. We purchased the 10 x 13.

I got this as a Mother’s Day gift, but wanted to use it all summer so that I could give an honest review. The assembly instructions were right on. It does take a a minimum of two people to assemble, 3 was much easier. The gazebo looks great. The top gives enough shade, but still gets light through it. It does lower the temperature. We used it rain and shine all summer and had no leaks. Now that fall is here we have put up two of the solid sides to block the wind and have found it to be a comfortable place to gather. After 5 months of use, it looks like new.

We were looking for a sturdy gazebo that is more "permanent" than a cloth or tent-like structure. We wanted both mosquito netting and curtains. We thought this one would be adequate. It arrived much earlier than Amazon predicted, which thrilled us. Upon opening the boxes, we were a little intimidated by the number of pieces. We located the directions to glance over the evening before we planned to put it together, to give us an idea of what we were facing with construction. The only reason I gave this only 4 stars for "easy to assemble" is because the instructions were only pictures. A little confusing at first. Once we realized how the instructions were directing us, we picked up steam in putting it together. The pieces were nicely packed and very well marked to coincide with the instructions. Even the screws were well packaged on cardboard and taped so they stayed in place until it was time to use them. The structure went together very quickly. The entire project took us about 5 hours. It was just the two of us working on it. There were a couple of times we could have used a third person, but we accomplished it ourselves. As it went together, we began to notice how well made the pieces were. One of the rails with a channel that the roof panels went in to was pinched a little on one end, but this was easily remedied with a pair of needle nosed pliers. One of the things that stood out to us as we worked is that where there were "seams", they included little "covers" so the finished product looks "finished". This gazebo is sturdy and very pretty. The mosquito netting and curtains are also VERY substantial. We couldn't be more thrilled with our choice and expect to enjoy this gazebo for many years to come.

This canopy is large and it does it's job. Took one day for me to put together with a little help every now and then to handle large pieces. I'm a skilled tradesman though so may take longer for others. Only complaint is the assembly of the roof. The panels and supports don't line up quite right. 3 of the panels are getting a little moisture in the polycarbonate sheets. If you order polycarbonate know that it lets light through and it's corrugated. The transparency is perfect for me, just didn't know it was fluted / corrugated.

This product came in in two deliveries. One boxes was all the beans and hardware, second box was the roof. It came a few days later. Yes this will take 6-8 hours to assemble. The instructions are pictures with no words. Each picture has a letter to the part that needs to be attached. It is easy to understand, the small Allen key is what takes so long to screw in. At first I thought this product was cheap and not sturdy. When you start to screw everything in and how well you do makes it firm and sturdy. Roof is not really a hard top, its a plastic UV board which allows some sunlight through. It does say it when you buy it and does show a picture before you buy. It does the job, we live in Illinois and with stands our weather. A few pieces of the roof arrived damaged most likely from shipping. I sent an email and they responded within 48 hours. They requested some pictures of damage and has resent it within a week. Very professional and reliable. I definitely would recommend this product.

If I could give it 0 stars - I would. The quality is anything but great. Upon receiving this my husband and I questioned the integrity of the product but were already into the install that we couldn't tear down a rebuild. I messaged the company because pieces were bent and broken upon opening and the panels did not line up. Horrible set up and the customer service told me to tear it down and rebuild it. Now, 3 months later, we receive a little snow and the entire thing has caved in all over our brand new hot tub. Customer service wants photos which ironically the chat box will not let me upload. I had zero issues 3 months ago uploading photos of the already broken pieces but now for some reason, the chat will not allow me to and their customer service will not give other options to send photos or a different route to get them the photos of it broken everywhere. I'm extremely frustrated and now left without $600 or anything to show for it. I shouldve bought the ones from Sams club and just been done with it already.

I absolutley love this gazebo,other reviewers stated if was hard putting it together, there were 3 of us, we had no major problems, although you will need 3 to 4 people to place the top onto the four post, we put the roof together on the ground first, then lifted it into place, which made it much easier, we had no missing parts. the panels of the roof let's the sun filter through,so it's not dark inside the gazeb which is really nice. Even though its aluminum, and the parts are hollow or thin, once it's all assembled it's very sturdy, the assembling is time consuming, but definitely worth it... this gazebo is beautiful, a wonderful addition to my back yard.
