Old guy here with a full head of (gray) hair and been using this for years. It cleans my hair so it feels soft without buildup of any chemicals, and the shampoo smells good. Since I am an outdoorsman, I get dirty and sweaty almost every day but just a small dab of this is all I need to clean my hair. Amazingly, what originally attracted me to this shampoo was that it says it cleans and normalizes. Whatever normalizes means. However, every other brand of shampoo is advertised to volumize, moisturize, hydrate, fight dandruff, treat dry hair, combat oily hair, add strength, add vitality, etc. I don't need any of that, I just need it to clean my hair. And that's what this shampoo does.

I absolutely adore this shampoo from the scent, to the clean, to the compliments I get on my hair when I use it. This is my new go to shampoo and the reason I bought industrial size. I recommend this product if you are looking for a complete shampooing experience. I have fine hair and not a lot of it. It tends to get dry after washing and resembles straw but by the end of the day I'm battling some terrifying oil at the roots (around my face). This shampoo has provided me with the clean I've been looking for and provides an all day balance for my hair. And like I said, I've gotten compliments on how shiny and healthy may hair looks. And that never hurts!!!

Listen up guys n gals. I've never written an Amazon review in my entire life and I probably won't ever again, but I gotta share this in case there's someone out there who it can help. This shampoo saved my god damn head. Literally. Within the past month, I've spent over $100 on shampoos trying to fix an issue I've been experiencing with my hair. I have very thick, oily, and heavy hair that after about 12 hours, feels greasy (and sometimes looks it too). About a month ago I realized I wasn't able to fully wash product out of my head even when using just a little bit and washing it out for 30+ minutes. Every single day after drying my hair for over an hour, I'd find a clump of shampoo/conditioner stuck in the back of my head. I couldn't get this out no matter what treatments I did, no matter what product I used, etc. I went through multiple bottles and brands of shampoos and none of it worked. I then came across this product and bought it as my last hope. I washed with this shampoo two days in a row and my hair no longer has left over product it, it stays soft and light for over 24 hours now, and I can't say enough good things about the consistency and sent of the product itself. If you've experienced any issues like I've had above, I kid you not this shampoo is worth every dollar. If I had just bought this shampoo in the first place I would've saved myself over $100. Seriously, buy this stuff.

This was the BEST clarifying shampoo to wash out product buildup. I'm so sad that it's discontinued. I've since switched to the Nexus clarifying shampoo and it just isn't the same.

Now, I think this is a good shampoo. It lathers well and you don't really need to use much of it (although I have pretty thick hair and probably use more than I should). I just don't think it's amazing or anything. The smell is nice, but I'm not seeing a difference in how often I have to wash my hair. I usually wash every other day, and I've still had to keep that up with this product otherwise my scalp begins to smell and appear oily. Actually, when I was using regular head and shoulders shampoo, I was able to go a couple days longer without washing my hair. So I don't think there's really anything special about this shampoo. I'll probably stick to cheaper drugstore brands after finishing this bottle. Not to mention it is pretty pricy.

You can LITERALLY feel this shampoo strip the build up out of your hair. I use mousse, hair spray and a serum almost daily, so there was a lot of build up on my hair. My hair even felt fuller after getting all the build up out of my hair. I HIGHLY recommend this shampoo!!!! I would highly recommend a hair mask or deep conditioner afterwards though and only use once a week. Smells amazing!!!

I have very oily hair, and this shampoo is the best I have found. Does not overly dry it but feels clean can frequently go for two days without washing it again. Manageable when dry without any heavy overly conditioned feel. I have not been able to find this shampoo for months on Amazon or any other website and that is a real disappointment. The company makes other shampoos, but they are not as good, in my opinion for oily hair and have gotten so expensive that even if they were great, I would have to try other products. Too bad.

I used to use this product many years ago as a kid to get chlorine build up out of my hair from summer swimming. As an adult I recently began to experience greasy build up towards my scalp that I just couldn’t seem to get out. I tried multiple “clarifying” shampoos that made the grease problem even worse and seemed to weigh down my hair. We had a water guy come to our house recently and told me that our water is super soft and has lots of chlorine in it. I then remembered this shampoo from my childhood and figured I would see if it could help the grease buildup I was experiencing. I just used it for the first time and my hair feels amazing. All the grease is gone, it’s shiny, feels lighter and I am SO HAPPY. My hair is course, thick and blonde. I hope this review helps someone else dealing with a similar issue! Highly recommend this product!!!!

Clean reset is an amazing shapoo! I have long and very fine hair but alot of hair. I bought this to help with product buildup and greasey hair. I noticed a difference immediately when washing. It has a light fresh scent and a little goes a long way. I always wash twice and recommend following up with a good conditioner. Hair felt sqeaky clean before adding conditioner (paired this w/smooth conditioner from biolage) hair felt refreshed and silky. I highly recommend buying this product for greasy hair issues just make sure to use a good conditioner along with it. I also recommended buying some quality refill pump bottles to pair with this liter bottle shampoo as they can help make easier during shower use and take up less space.

Me encanta este champú, estoy intentando comprar un bote desde hace un mes y no hay disponibilidad, mi temor es que dejen de fabricarlo, porque en casa nos va muy bien a los 4 Espero que esto lo lea la persona responsable de que siga habiendo este producto Gracias
