This 2-cup Venus Moka Pot completes my trio of Venus pots (2-cup, 4-cup, and 6-cup). Yes, I like this style the best after using numerous others. But this is very personal, so what I liked may not be what anyone else likes. Nevertheless, the ease of using, good looks and easy cleaning has me sold on this line. It also makes amazing coffee. The 2-cup is for when I make my morning cappuccinos for myself. The 4-cup for when the wife joins in and there’s two of us. The 6-cup for when we have visit and we just need a bit more coffee. I also make sure that I preheat my pot’s lower container, preheat the water, and place a small paper filter to ensure a smooth product. It has replaced my espresso machine in the mornings, and that’s saying a lot.

I have a few older Bialetti Moka Pots and love them but am trying to avoid using aluminum cookware. I tried a knockoff brand with a steel build and though it was easy to use and clean, the taste of the coffee was sort of muted. This fully steel Bialetti pot is awesome and makes a very tasty cup of coffee! Definitely worth the extra $ to me.

After 20 years our present 2 cup Bialetti's handle is a bit loose so we decided to order a backup just in case. The 2 cup Bialetti is very hard to find especially this stainless steel model. As proud Cuban Americans, we highly recommend this coffee maker over any other brand. We have 4,6,&10 cup Expresso makers in another great brand in stainless steel but for our daily consumption Bialetti is our choice.

When making cafe the pressure release valve starts making a load noise releasing stream. Not impressed with this product. When buying it my wife thought it was Italian and when we received it showed China.
