Very plain, hardly any pictures, the recipes are not separated by meal and some of the ingredients are unfamiliar to me and also not sold at my local grocery store. I will probably never use this.

I really like the book. The recipes are kind of out of the box a lot of the time. But the meal plans were a bit misleading, I thought it would have more plans later ou but you can do that yourselfGreat recipes and ideas. NOTE: not all of these are necessarily meal prep. You can make the whole thing for dinner or a meal. Healthy can be pricey, but this book disproves that.
