I am very pleased with this headset. I really lovd how light weight it is, and how easily it fits on my head. The microphone adjusts very easily and smoothly. The sound comes through very sharp and clear. So much better than my old head set. It was hard to find this type of head set close to my home. The office supply stores, walmart, etc did not have them. They only had the type that plug into a USB or a Headphone port. But I needed this! It's so much better than having to hold onto my desk phone for hours at a time. It was also a great price!! The only thing that would make this better is if it had a mute button.

Bottom line up front... This product was lightly used and yet the wiring quickly failed. From day one the sound quality was not the best for what you hear and worse people would routinely say I sounded broken up on their end. And then a year in you stop hearing any audio on your end. Clearly made of cheap materials that didn't stand up to light use. Get these only if you want to spend $40 every year within the 2 year warranty and have them say it isn't a covered defect... Note: they still look brand new. First time I've had a headphone where the ear muffs and plastic outlived the wire so quickly. You could buy them for aesthetic purposes.

I bought this headset because the one I had for work broke. I was skeptical because I am very picky about my headset. The fit was perfect, it is adjustable so that allows it to fit comfortably. The sound quality is great, I have not had any issues hearing callers or even had them tell me they couldn't hear me as they did with my other set. It is very comfortable. Probably the best set I have bought. This is my 3rd pair and my favorite so far. Definitely would recommend!

The sound quality is great. The adapters are also great because it allows for wide spread compatibility. The foam ear pads are soft and comfortable. If you have a small head, though the headset will fall forward to backwards. I adjusted it to the smallest setting and it still falls. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep it or return it, because it's otherwise great. Maybe I should glue a foam pad to the top?

Got this for myself and my coworker and it was long overdue. Super helpful if you're taking multiple calls and need to be on the computer or have your hands free. Cord is quite long so you can easily stand and move about your immediate desk area. Like the adapter so it can be used on mobile phones as well.

This is a really effective piece of kit as it enables you to work hands-free when you are on a mobile phone call. It is also very good if the sound quality on your phone is not great (which is a known problem with some iPhones), as having the headphones makes it much easier to hear the person on the other end of the call. Ordering was simple - product was delivered the next day. It uses a 1/4 inch jack plug to connect to the phone, so with newer iPhone models you will need the plug converter that comes with the phone to connect it up (which is simple enough as long as you haven't lost the plug converter!) Highly adjustable and comfortable to use. Recommended.

Plugs right into the laptop so I can do my zoom calls thought disrupting others around me. Helps the people on the call hear me better too.

Use it for work and its not perfect, has alit of static over the phone.. not happy
