I usually make sure it’s free shipping but totally missed this one. Please don’t support this seller. This is poor quality and poor customer service. I am sure they don’t offer free returns because it cost more than the chair to send it back so they get to keep their money while I’m stuck with four flimsy, unstable, poorly manufactured chairs. If this were a regular store I'd go in and ask for a refund but getting in communication with someone at amazon isn't worth hours of frustration, and it's after the return limit.
