Looks liquid in picture, however tried a spot on my arm...note: the more you rub, the worse it gets lasted about an hour without touching.

Haven't used it used it yet. I was disappointed because it was fibers and peppers not liquid like what i thought it was going to me. powder would have neen nice.

im not happy with it either, I feel deceived but i allowed myself to be.CIA operatives huh? i highly doubt the CIA is using this gift gag store knock off. I havnt used it yet either, but I doubt its gonna do much. no instructions, nothing. no be careful handling this! was my first clue. I think they know what they are doing, why advertise the bottle empty like that? O yes and its a one shot deal too once you open it its open so you dont even want to open it and try it (hummmmm something else sketchy.
