I love this so much! I use it as a desk but when extended can fit 4 for dining. Easy to put together and not a lot of parts and it is such great quality and a space saver too. Been looking for this type of table for a long time and it's just ideal for saving space. It's a 2 in 1 that really does what it says on the tin!

Good value for price, however when assembled and put up it was very wobbly so bought 4 brass corner brackets and mounted between top and legs which reduced wobble by about fifty percent. It’s an ideal shape & size for our spare room/dining room, it’s nice solid wood and can also be used when folded down as a small art/hobby table

Firstly I should say that Amazon had this on their site for about £189 and it now seems to be more but I'm sure it'll go down again. As you'll see in the fully assembled piece in the video, there are no bolt push throughs to the top surface, neither were there any blemishes to speak of despite the numerous reviews that allude to the problems. Now, this may be that the manufacturers are including spring washers as well as flat washers under the bolts that go up into the surface, or it could be that I just tightened them just sufficiently to bite and hold-but no more than that. Yes, it's not solid wood, but even so it's practicality outweighed the small imperfections found. We are using it as a study desk in a bedroom that can be opened up if the need arises, but being a bedroom, can be made smaller but still usable as a desk to save room. As you can see, I put some pads underneath as I have hard floors, these also take out the slight imperfections in the height of the legs. Also, the hinges were pre-fitted so the legs came ready to bolt to the top surface. Pros: Great value considering the price and overall finish Usability in a variety of situations ( I can see if our dining table doesn't house enough guests when having lots of people over, we can press this into service as an extra one and then return it to duty as a desK after) Not too heavy to move around Very sturdy Easy and quick to open up-and stays there once opened up, our last one of this type, the legs crept inwards Legs with extra supports are more attractive than the others of this type that are around belying it's cheaper price point Cons: As can be seen in the third photo (after the video) the selection of wood thickness was a bit off, but a friend who came and saw it didn't see it until I pointed it out) In the fourth photo, the legs were slightly misaligned in the vertical plane, but as above, I had to point it out All in all, I'm very pleased for the cost, especially as the top is really smooth making it look more expensive than it is.

Table and concept is great. However despite following all the instructions and not using any power tools the screws to attach the top pushed through into the surface. We didn’t even screw them all the way in.

Easy to put together, but screws can only be inserted by the Allen key provided. Extension sides swing out and top opens onto the sides. Very big when opened but neat when folded. Looks very classy. Lots of compliments on this table. So happy I found it for my limited space.

Hired handyman to put together and he was impressed with quality of table and very sturdy. Looks as hoped and very easy to extend.

Most of the time this is a console table but nice to be able to turn it into a dining table when needed.
