This Ipad was shipped quickly and surpassed my expectations. The IPad was in like new condition and works perfectly! My wife uses this IPad to perform music rehearsal apps. There is nothing negative to say! The refurbishment is solid and there is no evidence of any issues. The family company reached out personally to check on customer satisfaction and I am happy to say that we are 100% satisfied with the IPad and customer service.

Excellent condition for renewed product and it is, it looks new! It will need to be charged to 100%, it was only at 24% when I turned it on. I learned about whether I needed a sim card from the seller, I don't. But, I may in the future.

Very nice came in time easy set up valuable for what I spend on them . Very much worth . Speed is wonderful . I bought for my children .

Wish I could leave a 0 star. I bought this iPad for my son for Christmas. Lo and behold, when he opens it, the iPad barely works. It constantly restarts, won’t hold a charge, and when it does shut off I have to force restart it, and sometimes it wouldn’t turn on at all. Literally did everything Apple told me to do go fix it and nothing worked. Tried to return it through the company, but they refused to help me because I was past the return date (it was for CHRISTMAS so of course I didn’t open it before). All they said they could do was refund me a measly 5% refund…a whole $7 back of my like $160 purchase. Thats an insulting low amount. Never buy from this company.

The Ipad is in very good condition. I had to buy a sim card so I could use it with data, but that's not an issue. The only problem I have seen so far is a small, little white spot on the right side of the screen. As I said, as long as it doens't get any bigger, it's not an issue. Otherwise it seems to be a very nice ipad for what I need it to do.

Came in great condition, shipping was quick, I definitely got what I paid for! The screen was impeccable and the body was also free of any scratches/dents!

This iPad is fantastic. I was a little nervous buying this iPad online because it was such a good price. However, it arrived on time and has no issues. I have had it for about 5 months now, and it has been wonderful. Somedays it seems like the battery lasts forever, and other days it appears to die quickly. It could be me just not paying attention to the battery life, but that is the only potential complaint I have. It had no scratches or cracks. The system was up to date and continues to update correctly. I highly recommend this iPad.

Was unsure about ordering a refurbished iPad particularly as most of the reviews seemed to come from the US and there wasn't anything from the UK. Eventually decided to go for it and am I pleased that I did! It was delivered the following day and I'm delighted. It came in plan packaging and not an Apple branded box (who really cares about that considering this is much cheaper than buying brand new from Apple). The iPad itself is immaculate. Looks brand new , with no marks, scratches or any signs of use. Set up was a breeze and it's working brilliantly. The iPad Air 2 is leap forward from the 3rd generation iPad I had, so definitely worth it. If you're looking for a new iPad I would seriously recommend this route to get one and save yourself GBP130:00, unless of course you're happy to pay that for an Apple branded box, because that is the only difference as far as i can tell.

This IPad Air 2 is faster, smaller, lighter and smarter than my old IPad 4. It arrived well-packaged and so fast I was looking for a drone but found instead a lost delivery man. As a refurbished unit I expected it to work well but have some scars. This one looks almost new and the battery once charged lasted about 7 hours with non-stop usage. It does have the requisite ding, but it’s tiny and on the bottom. My one concern was the home button which makes a noise when pressed and bothered me because my old one was silent so I thought it was a defect. So I wrote Certified Amazing and they wrote back right away to tell me some different models of Ipads have a click and some don’t. This one does. I was impressed by them not discounting my concern, writing back right away and getting the iPad to me so fast. Oh yeah, the iPad. It’s great and in almost new shape. (except as noted). I hope it lasts me a while and I don’t come back to complain. Note that you’ll need a real iPad-worthy charger because the one they throw is is a cheap iPhone one.
