The product lights up very nicely, and look beautiful when lit! But I placed the lights in when I first ordered and contacted the company because I was in shock on what I ended up with. But I didn't realize shipping and receiving possibly could of made my lights be defective. I seriously can say I over reacted. I explained my situation with absolutely no made up lies or being dishonest of any kind. The company believed in me and I first got to say, I appreciate that. The product was damaged, so the company listened and respected me and then sent out another in it's place. Then on top of this they advised to use a different adhesive for my application on my sailboat! They also sent another sum of money to cover the cost for the stronger adhesive too! I changed my comments and I changed my entire outlook on this company. I am grateful for the offer and I respect them very much for their concern and professionalism. I think anything can happen either made at the shop to all the way to the delivery! But what I didn't think was this could of happened never mind, I should of contacted them first to see what they would do for me! This product doesn't use much power at all and the kids and adults love the lights and now I am thinking to expand. Just be real careful not to bend this product prior to placing it up. This will help it work more properly. I am hoping it will hold up and I will continue to inform others how they are working. I added some lights to my Dinghy and the interior was setup with these blue lights. The picture does not do it justice as my slip neighbors laugh and say wow about my dinghy are night. It not only looks good the lights are subtle and easy on your eyes, no more fumbling with my phone light or a flashlight. It lights up enough to clearly see anything you need. Since they are installed in a dinghy, this means water can often get in. They have been holding up great so far in the elements. I have it hooks to a blue top battery with a solar charger and anytime I use the Dinghy at night I have plenty of juice for evening jaunts. No complaints with the lights, easy to attach and easy battery connection.

When I first put the lights on my pontoon boat I stuck them to the bottom of the rail with the self adhesive that comes on back of lights. First trip out they started coming off. Glue would not hold it in place. I then used the attachments hangers that come with it and moved them to the underside of the boat and attached them with a screw through the wooden deck. They don't shine as good on the water as they did on the outside of the boat but they still look good. Easy to install both times.

I installed this on my 24 ft pontoon one set does not cover the hole length but i'm aware and fine with it, the glue is not good actually i bought 3 sets of led and one the glue was useless, it got stuck n the adhesive protector paper instead, the lights are bright and brilliant, the packaging is good. Overall is good for the price i hope it lasts, this would be a 100% review if the adhesive would be better. it can be improved.

Super bright and durable. The 3m backing is true 3m and sticks down very well and hasn’t budged. They have been in rain and all and still going strong. Highly recommend

I added these Blue LED light strips to my boat cockpit. One roll has wires attached on both ends and I was able to cut in the middle and cover both sides of my 15 foot boat with one roll. Bright enough to light the cockpit well without being annoyingly too bright. The 3M tape stuck well when the surface was well cleaned, but come with a good number of clips that can be screwed down to hold in place where they could be bumped easily. Good buy!

The lights, when they worked, were awesome. The light frequency is perfect for my intended use in illuminating my bait tank for low light fishing, but even the sloshing water in the bait tank was enough to corrode the copper pads at the cut points. I wouldn't even be sure they would stand up to continued spray from even rain, though. After having them installed for less than 6 trips only about 1/8th of the installed length still illuminated. Still, I like the lights enough that I bought a replacement set and rigged up a water-proof vinyl tube to contain them so I shouldn't have the same issue again. In my application that was possible, but that may not be your case. Be mindful of how much water will be around these. *Add-on* here is my final installation in the sealed tube and it’s awesome. Taking care for water-proofing is the key here.

I love the product and I received this one today and went to install it about 4 mins later the adhesive gave loose and fell right down. This is supposed to be very strong 3m tape and it did not work. I have installed alot of led strips and was not to satisfied with this one.
