MRM Nutrition Veggie Meal Replacement Protein - 28 servings

Love the taste, easy to use (same as most any powder mix), good nutrition from what I can tell so far. Do wish it came in a smaller container (huge in my small condo kitchen).

I love MRM's chocolate mocha veggie elite, so I expected I'd like the meal replacement in the same flavor. I was correct - only I like it even better than the Veggie Elite! That's a nice surprise, considering it has additional Ingredients, including flaxseed powder, algae-based omega-3, and an antioxidant blend. I've tried a number of different proteins and meal replacements, and I'm very aware of how earthy and grassy they can taste with these or similar ingredients. This is quite sweet - although the combination of stevia and monk fruit make it taste far better than stevia alone - more like sugar. The texture isn't bad if you mix it in at least 50/50 plant milk with water. It tastes great in plain water, but it has particles (flaxseed powder?) that won't stay suspended and will sink to the bottom of the cup. Adding some milk helps a great deal and cuts some of the sweetness. It is a tad grainy, but that's par for the course with veggie proteins. Beyond the quality ingredients and great taste there's another reason I love this stuff so much: The price! I paid $29.99 for 3lbs of the chocolate mocha, and the vanilla is about $27. Both have 30 servings per container too! A lot of shakes are only 10 or 15 servings for the same price. I'm so glad I found MRM - I don't have to break the bank in order to get a nutritious, high quality, great tasting meal replacement shake.

I have been on the hunt for a good plant-based meal replacement and have had some major fails. I have tried tons of different brands, including the popular ones like Vega, and found all of them to have excellent ingredients and nutrition but horrendous taste. It seems like the fall within one extreme or the other, lightly sweetened sawdust or stevia overload. I saw this brand came highly recommended for taste on a fitness website so I thought I'd try it. I was happy to have a different flavor option besides chocolate and vanilla and the price was way better than some of the ones I had tried. I have to say, this is the holy grail of vegan meal replacement for me. I am not a vegan but I drink use meal replacement shakes for breakfast when I don't have time to make it. I prefer vegan powders as dairy really upsets my stomach. I like how much protein and fiber is in this powder and the added bonus of digestive enzymes and probiotics to help keep your digestive system healthy. It seems to have everything I was hoping for in a powder with the major bonus that I don't want to gag when I drink it! I'm sold for life.

I bought this powder so replace meals when I can’t have a full meal, for whatever reason. I’ve been drinking it for about a week now and it’s pretty good. I blend it with milk, ice and a banana but there are a lot of combinations you could do. If you don’t mix it with other flavors it can give “chocolate fish” so make sure to blend it with at least some type of milk or juice but it is chocolate flavor so milk was the best option for me personally. It’s packed with nutrients and vitamins and the reason I bought this brand over the millions of others is CLEAN ingredients! Ensure and other brands like it are nothing short of toxic. This is a healthy alternative. It doesn’t have a ton of carbs, 14g per serving I believe…I wish it was more but I am not complaining. Great product, it’s hard to find such a clean ingredient list for this type of products these days so I am happy with the purchase.

This used to be my favorite veggie protein until they added the 3 different gums to the ingredients. Now as a result of the gums I have gas and bloating all day after using. There was nothing wrong with the original formula. Very disappointing.

I think this shake is a bit of an acquired taste at first but overtime I've come to really enjoy its taste. I prefer the chocolate mocha over the vanilla flavor. It has a distinctive sweet taste that comes with calorie free sweeteners, I like it to be honest, but if that is something that really bothers you keep that in mind before buying. The price is reasonable per serving, and it's good for people who already consume enough soy throughout the day and wish for an alternative protein source.

This Veggie Meal replacement is a great tasting shake that actually fills me up and curbs my morning hunger. I have been attempting to lose weight over the last few months, and this product has really helped with that. I cannot stand skipping breakfast in the morning due to feeling like crud. The taste is great. It has a very "mocha" taste to it. It can be a little gritty depending on if you do not use enough water. I would think a blender would work better for this, but I simply use a "Blender Ball" bottle to mix up the powder and then pour it into a glass to drink. I've tried a few other types of these meal replacements and none of them come close to how good this tastes. There is little to no veggie taste unlike other powders. If you have been looking for something to replace a meal during the day, then this is your product. Give it a chance, you'll like it.
