12OT Pal Folding Pocket Knife with Saw Cut Handle

The last Old Timer I had as a young man was made in the USA and was a fine economical pocket knife. This little knife caught my eye so I thought ….at 16 bucks I haven’t lost much if I don’t care for it. For a cheap China made knife, I was impressed with the quality. The fit and finish was very good and the blade was well ground and sharp. It is made much better than a $75 Case I just purchased. I wanted a small knife to open tobacco tins and this fits the bill perfectly. It’s so small and light you won’t notice it in the pocket.

Bought it for my boy. Same one my Granpa bought me. Still the same. My boy loves it and that is enough for me.

So I thought the handle was bone but, it's actually a plastic called "Staglon." After reading the description from the manufacturer more closely I did find one reference to the handle material which was: Manufacturer - Unbreakable sawcut Staglon handles. The error was completely on me, not being familiar with knives I probably saw Stag... and just continued reading. This was not an issue because my son in law loved it. He said it was built well, had a nice heft to it for such a small knife and was very sharp right out of the box not to mention the unbeatable price! Unlike other buyers who give something a "1 star" review because of their error, I'm giving this a 5 star review. I read a 1 star review because the blade wouldn't close, it had to be pushed close. Um, that's what "not spring loaded" means! Not sure why failing to read the description would warrant a 1 star review. For anyone looking for an honest to goodness "pocket knife" I definitely recommend this knife. Note: Since when are 6-7" (closed) knives considered pocket knives! 🤔

Very good pocket knive but it's not great, but i still loke it.

It's the only knife my husband will use! It's sharp and a nice delicate look! Very durable!

The best lil knifes ever made.

Esta bien hecha y muy afilada. El logo de la cacha tenía pegamento escurrido y tomo tiempo limpiarlo. Esta es una navaja muy muy pequeña y solo te servirá como abrecartas y sobres, realmente es un artículo de adorno y no la considero una navaja en forma, es una navajita muy bonita pero no es muy útil. El envío fue excelente Llego en solo dos días.

Es tal cual la descripción, muy bonita por su tamaño, fácil de abrir, excelente calidad.

Se rompio el muelle a los pocos meses y quedo inservible. Muy bonita, pero la calidad del templado es mala y no volveria a comprar una old timer. No la recomiendo.
