Pure Vit E - I always take this D-Alpha Tocopheryl for Vit E every day. Hope they will have sales soon or drop the price. I am over 50+ and I still have a black hair and younger skin. Taking together collagen and IV. No side effects. Soft easy gel digestive. Will purchase it again as I am running out.

I have only been taking them for several weeks, I am taking them as a part of AREDS 2 formula, at this point i have no idea if they are helping or not but the AREDS study indicates they are an important vitamin for healthy eyes.
