Can my 13 years old drink it?!

Children are becoming fans with the coffee my two children start around this age and now they are fanatics with that drink, but I need to point that we are from Guatemala and in my country coffee is the water of every day ! Brew it a little weak for your child and because its decaf no problem with sleeping !
