Every. Single. Order! I would either have extra caps and not enough bottoms or vice versa. On top of that, several were damaged, too. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt because I ordered my capsule filling machine (which I love) from them too and I wasn’t really sure if I could use another brand with it. However, I had around 20 left over caps after running out of the bottoms this time, and wouldn’t you know it, more damaged pieces! The capsules I received were mostly crushed, some of them even looked melted. I estimate that only 10% were useable.UPDATE: After my initial review, the seller contacted me and offered to send me a new bag of capsules from a different batch completely free of charge. The new bag arrived and the capsules were much better than the first. I really appreciated their professionalism. I recently ordered two more bags of their capsules and I’m please to say that they are just fine.
