Don't waste your money!!!!
We ordered 4 of these and none of them work properly. 2 of them have no sound and the touch screen doesn't work on the other 2.

Picture is good but kind of useless without the touchscreen option
Mixed bag on this. I bought 2 on Woot with a 90 day warranty, there's no warranty as I discovered. I bought a 3rd here as I had to have one for an event. So, the second stopped working after about 5 minutes of use (the touchscreen). Picture is good but kind of useless without the touchscreen option. I'd avoid if I were you. There is no support offered from Westinghouse. These things have quite the history. If I had wanted to get it repaired it was $600 for the repair plus crating it up (170 lb TV) and shipping on top of that. Not worth it. It would cost more than the TV and no warranty on the repair.

Exceeding Expectation!
We bought one unit for a classroom as our regular supplier Promethean has increased their price. I was very suspicious at the beginning, reading through so many negative reviews. Once we received and installed, it worked right away and is nothing short of Promethean board - much easier as there is no software to download if you only need the panel to be touchable. The software brings a lot of fancy functions but we don't need. Two thumbs up!

The problem most people will have is with the touch software and the support. The TV is an amazing piece of engineering but they didn't seem to put a lot of thought into the touch piece. It works and then it doesn't. I figured out how to deal with it though. Once you install the Scribe software make sure you connect both the USB and the video cable. The USB is for the touch driver to load. The reason the touch stops working sometimes is the order in which you turn things on. (Similar to a 1990's InFocus projector.) After registration of the software using the CD key, restart things in the following order: Start PC Start Scribe SW Start TV. Touch should now work.

Stay Away.
Awful Product, definitely not plug and play. trying to figure out how to get working has turned my hair grey. Warranty not as stated. Can not find out what the warranty actually is.

Touchscreen doesn't work.
First of all, this thing weights 275 lbs. Secondly, the touch screen doesn't work when connected to my laptop.

It did come with WScribe software to use the smart board functionality
Ordered one of these for a school system to use as a whiteboard. I took a huge risk with the negative reviews on the site, but the risk paid off. The Westinghouse 65 inch touchscreen performs amazingly. Upon connecting it to a windows 10 laptop via USB and HDMI cable everything worked as a touchscreen device would. It did come with WScribe software to use the smart board functionality, and that is where there was a problem. It installed perfectly, however, when you went to activate the software it would error out. The support number on the CD is incorrect saying the number had been disconnected. One of our helpdesk technicians made a few calls to the number on the Westinghouse site and were able to get with the correct support engineers to get it activated. So the unit performs great and looks great. The support maybe lacking, but we are an IT company and used to working with software. So if you have some knowledge of the technical and can mount a 200 pound smart board. This system is for you!

Stay away!
Complete garbage....stopped working within 90 days, and the repair company didn't respond to emails. Then after 90 days told us the warranty expired and we would have to pay for it, even though there's a 3 year warranty stated on the sale page. Support has been complete garbage, only responds to us occasionally, and has never fixed the issue. Avoid this item and Westinghouse like the plague.
