Great socks at a great price. However, I had to stretch these out manually after receiving them and again after the first wash or they get a little tight.

My professional guy husband loves these socks. He only wears gold toe, which makes it easy for me with the laundry. They are good quality, comfortable & last a long time without fading too. Cost a bit more, but he thinks they are worth it. We recommend them.

Very comfortable and warm. Have purchased these before and always satisfied. Great fitting and durable. Especially like how the tops are just the right elasticity so they stay up but won't leave a groove around you leg! Excellent product.

This is the second bundle of these socks I have purchased in the last month. Socks are great. Fit perfectly, I have a size 13 foot. The problem is both packages were shipped in there clear thin display package. This time the bag was torn and several socks were quite dirty while being handled by various carriers. Why weren’t they put in a grey Amazon package? I hope Amazon is not going the cheap route on future purchases

Spoiler: I liked Gold Toe the best! I wear white cotton crew socks basically every day, two pairs on workout days. I wear them with high-impact athletic shoes, work/walking shoes, and occasionally heavy work boots. I want them to last (no holes, no saggy tops), I want them to be comfortable, and I want a fair value for my money. So when I retired my old inventory nearly two years ago, I picked up five different brands of white crew socks. Durability: As I wore the socks, I tried to be very diligent about 'rotating stock' -- pulling socks to wear from the right-side of the drawer, putting in freshly-laundered ones on the left. In theory, they all received about the same amount of wear-and-tear. Wigwam (2/5): Unraveled at the top quickly -- after the first washing, three socks; after the third or fourth, almost every sock had loose tops. These thick socks took around a year before I started seeing holes in the toes or heel. Under Armour (4/5): Some unraveling around the 8 or 9 month mark, no holes until year two. Fruit of the Loom (3/5): Little unraveling, but heels thinned before the end of the first year, leading to holes. Hanes Cushion Crew (3/5): Modest unraveling, but moderate holes at toes and heels around the 9-12 month mark. Gold Toe Cotton Crew Athletic (5/5): Outstanding -- so far, no unraveling; two toe holes, one heel hole. Comfort: There's two factors for me -- first, softness; second, thickness/padding. Also, I'm not looking for a compression sock (like for when I fly, or if I develop CHF) -- nothing *too* tight (and none of them were). Wigwam (3/5): Very thick (for a crew sock), well-padded; stiff -- even after months of washing, they almost felt starched. Under Armour (5/5): Good thickness; started soft, became even softer after a few washes. Fruit of the Loom (3/5): Felt slightly thin; good softness. Hanes Cushion Crew (4/5): Good thickness; slightly stiff, but not as bad as Wigwam). Gold Toe Cotton Crew Athletic (5/5): Thick, but not too thick; softest out-of-the-plastic, and better as time went by. I first bought a pair of Gold Toe socks at Macy's on a trip to New York back in 1999! At the time I remember thinking they were the most comfortable things I'd ever put on my feet. Every time I've been back to the US, I've bought some more and have generally been more than happy with them. The last time I went back in 2019 they seemed to be a little different, and I wasn't as impressed. I've tried various socks from Amazon since then but never found a good replacement, so when I saw I could get some Gold Toe ones at a reasonable price, I thought I'd try them again. These look like they are back on form, so perhaps I was just unlucky with a batch the previous time. I think Gold Toe might just be the Carlsberg of socks!

I think the headline sum well this product. It's simple, comfortable and durable. Plus, the gold toes add a little bit of funk!

I have bought these socks for 3 grandsons and they love them. I bought them for myself as well. Great socks.

Decent socks which are very comfortable, however nearly every sock now has a hole in after 6 months of normal usage. I usually get years out of my white socks. I have had to throw them away.
