They write so smoothly yet seem to have some tooth to them to grip the paper. Love how they feel. This pen is thinner bodied than most but I love the sleek feel and look. Beautiful bronze color. Was going to order the blue and red but I think I'll get a couple more of the bronze ones. I buy the Kyocera refill in blue ink for a change but I like the black barrel the pen comes with. The weight is evenly distributed and not clunky as some executive pens can be.That said, the very first day that I used it, the plastic thingabob inside the cap which helps to click it into place just came out (see photo).
