This product arrived a day later than indicated, when the quick delivery time is why I ordered it. Despite the extreme amount of packaging, the glass in the frame was broken. No time for a return however as it was a gift for a birthday party so I had to use it anyway. At least the frame fit great and the recipient won't know that it was supposed to be behind glass. Very disappointed.

The frame is even better in real life....it looks fantastic with my art print framed. Good quality for the price.

Frame was broken when i received delivered. I was so disappointed I was looking forward to getting the frame. It was also very hard to get the label printed out to send it back. There should be easy way to return it. When do not have printed
