It keeps wine cool for few. But it makes me look like a wine professional 🤣. Easy to use. Easily freezes.

I was a big fan of the Corkcicle, bought my first one (without the aerator) 6 or 7 years ago, gave some as gifts. The original one eventually lost some of the cooling liquid and although it was still intact and worked it became less efficient. I purchased a new one (the current aerator model) last December (2021) and was happy with it. However after about two months it cracked at the aerator joint (first photo), losing liquid and unusable. I contacted Corkcicle and their customer service was great, they sent me a new product immediately. Happy with it. But after about a month, the cooling liquid developed a tint from red wine and eventually ruptured with a long crack along the shaft (second photo). I contacted Corkcicle again and requested a refund. The got back to me promptly but said I had to go through Amazon customer service for a refund. I did so, and while it was a bit of a hassle (automated customer service initially), once I got a human they processed the refund no problem. It doesn't give me any pleasure to give this bad review, but I have lost confidence in the quality of their product.

It does what it's supposed to do, but... Red wine residue collects between bottom of pour spout and freeze tube. Parts don't seem to separate for thorough cleaning. Also the spout cover no longer stays on. I will replace chiller at some point with a different style

Fantastic, the difference in the red wine is incredible due to the aerator and temperature also the white wine is beautifully chilled. I would thoroughly recommend. This was bought as a present but I then bought another for when we have both red and white wine open.

Nice idea but not really effective. It makes a warm wine slightly less warm and keeps cooled wine cool a bit longer. Especially in a half full bottle the Corkcicle doesn't do anything any more.

Love it! It works great. Be very carful not to twist the little cork cap off the cork's top. The inside on the cap on mine got bent from being twisted. Thankfully is still works but it could've been damaged permanently. So be careful! But the product is really great
