hi, i want to get to get only 1 set (4 knives), can i get that and how much would it be?

Well, I think u don't know the difference between nuggets n the knife, but u know what I got my 1 set(4 knives) already, so **** ***...

Can these be used as steak knives? Or, are they just prep knives?

They are significantly shorter than typical steak knives, but can still be used as steak knives. However, if you are looking for a great set of classic high quality steak knives, we would recommend one of the following:http://www.amazon.com/Fixwell-Steak-Knives-Deluxe-Handles/dp/B00FEOPI68/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1451347368&sr=8-2&keywords=fixwell+steak+kniveshttp://www.amazon.com/Fixwell-Steak-Knives-Multicolor-Handles/dp/B00JVBGY4U/ref=sr_1_7?m=AVOOY1Z2X551I&s=merchant-items&ie=UTF8&qid=1451347318&sr=1-7&refinements=p_4%3AFixwellhttp://www.amazon.com/Fixwell-Knives-Deluxe-Polished-Handles/dp/B00B974U0O/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1451347368&sr=8-5&keywords=fixwell+steak+knives

Are theses authentic?

You need to select "Fixwell North America Distribution" from the drop-down list of seller options (click the link that says: "New from $XX.xx and FREE Shipping") in order to select the authentic products. Otherwise, if you just order the default lowest price option (currently 12 knives for the ridiculous price of $10), you will surely end up receiving very low quality counterfeits shipped from India.
