For a heat pad, it's very expensive. It's quite big for the microwave and I had to keep stopping it to readjust, as the microwave glass plate kept stopping. The neck pack is quite bulky to wear. It holds the heat for a bare minimum of time and it didn't really reduce any pain. For the money, it's not worth it. I've got a smaller microwave pack that's much better, it's just small and I wanted a bigger one. Sadly this hasn't really worked. First of all it really does stay where it is put as it is well filled with a wide span overhanging the shoulders, back and front. Next it folds up easily to pop in the microwave, and stays wonderfully hot for 20+ minutes, but the really good instructions show how often you can re-heat safely so actually wore it all yesterday evening.
