Looking at the pictures I uploaded, I was able to set any buttons I want to save, which can be set according to my habits, which is very important to me!

App looks malicious.App crashes.Unable to keymap the device like a normal controller usually is. Buttons work opposite, if at all.Returned immediately. Their website and included instructions were mostly unhelpful.I've used plenty of other BT controllers that connect and simply work like normal, this does not.

Authentic is the best way to go! Just be careful with the joysticks. I would let mine fall on the floor and think nothing of it and leave it there, and being so careless is why I needed a new controller. In all my games the character or whatever would move on its own because the joysticks were bent / damaged in the direction of when they were sitting on the ground lifted up / down and there's no way to fix it. Now I'm much more aware and careful and it's been a perfect experience. Hopefully others can learn from my user error, you think I would have known that!

I feel like I should give it like 4.8 stars instead of 5....It is a great controller. The quality is just like a PS4 or Xbox one controller. No not a aftermarket one the OEM version! I use it with windows 10 over steam. Or on my android tablet or with my S7 and VR. All of them work great. If you install the steelseries software you can even control the deadzones and configure controls. 90% of the time its used with Steam on a gaming computer with a 120 inch projector. I have only had it mess up on me twice and honestly I think it was more to do with windows 10 than this controller

To be honest I like this so much and I use it to play black desert mobile but the only thing I wish it has is a plug to charge your phone while playing other than that this by fart the best Bluetooth controller

Difficult item to setup. Not that it couldn’t be a great product if installed properly.

Works fantastic with PUBG, COD Mobile? Not so much, but for the price, well worth it
