It's expensive but boy is it the best. It's a seasoning like any other seasoning so there's no rocket science to using it. I think that it's not particularly salty. It's meant to be used in conjunction with the wet marinade which definitely isn't salty. However, you put them together and it'll make your dish perfectly seasoned. I wish they made this in a bigger bottle because I run through it pretty quickly. What I normally use it for (and I would recommend you use it for to) is as a base flavor for my oxtails. I cover them in booyah and then add a marinade. Nothing on the market can beat it. The whole house is going to smell good and you're probably going to end up coughing from all the seasoning.

My whole family absolutely loves this spice blend. It’s literally good on anything. We put it on fish chicken shrimp it taste amazing! We are on our fourth bottle of it at this time. The ingredients are simple to read and recognize.

Great spice, however it's got a high sodium content.

Flavor and aroma are good. This is not particularly spicy if you are into spicy jerk, but this is great if you want a mild to medium spiced dish.
