Nearly perfect headset for high-quality professional use.
I tried four different headsets before this one. This is the only one that has worked reliably for making clear, nearly perfect phone calls from my iPhone XR. I use it to call new prospects in our business. Perfect call quality is essential for this sort of call because I don’t want there to be any difficulty for the other party to hear me or my tone of voice. I have to make a stellar first impression by phone within seconds. So the quality of the headset is extremely important to me. I was willing to spend as much as it would take to get a high quality headset. Thankfully, though, this one is excellent with a great price. This one is comfortable to wear. I like that the boom is flexible and can be positioned wherever I like. The foam covers for the microphone will slip off if I toss the headset in my bag with my files and such. So I have a case for it—a little zipper bag that’s just the right size for it. Perhaps a hard case would be better, but I don’t want to add bulk to my everyday carry. I was so pleased that I am outfitting our team with the same headset. (I haven’t tested it on any device other than my iPhone XR. I know that Bluetooth can be finicky. But I haven’t had any pairing, connection, or quality issues with my device.)

Truckers opinion: A great little headset with minor caveats.
This is a great little headset. I'm an over-the-road truck driver so I know my headsets. My expensive Plantronics headset stopped charging so I purchased this Conambo ($35 at the time of my purchase) hoping it would be adequate until I'd built up enough truckstop points to purchase a blue parrot or something. Well this headset is actually so good that I'm considering just staying with it permanently. The mic pickup is a little weaker than my previous Blueparrots or Plantronics according to the people who I talk to regularly but... they all said that it was more than adequate. Just a slight reduction in my overall speaking volume on their end. Pros: *battery life lasts me through a 14+ hour day. every day. (I've had it for about 2 months now and I charge it overnight) *the speaker Volume in your ear is definitely loud enough to counteract truck background noise or a noisy office environment. *It's not bulky or unwieldy. (The Plantronics headset that this replaced was truly great while it worked but it was also a heavy, large monstrosity on your head) *Fantastic price for the performance. Cons: - the speaker volume in your ear is adjusted by pushing and holding the volume button to the desired level or it until it beeps at maximum. For calls, this must be done while ON THE CALL. Meaning, once you hit dial and it's ringing through. This has to be done once after each charging session as Charging seems to return the volume to mid-level again. This isn't a huge deal at all. Especially once you're used to it but it took me a second to figure out. Prior to that I thought the overall volume wasn't going to be loud enough. -the over-the-head metal band isn't padded and the 'pad' that sits over your ear on the non-speaker side is a harder plastic. Probably not a huge issue for those with hair but I'm bald and it presses into my skin becoming uncomfortable over long periods of time. I added a stick-on pad of self adhesive weather stripping from home depot myself. Much better. - the buttons aren't as intuitive or quick click as some of the sets costing 5 times as much. For example, the click to mute or switch to music features work.. but they're not as smooth as the soft touch buttons on other sets. Overall: A great little headset. I recommend it.

Pretty decent headset
Great headset for the price. Battery life and noise cancelation is really good. The range is pretty decent also. I'm the type of person that will put my phone down and walk around the house forgetting to grab my phone back. I could easily compare it to one of the more expensive brands in quality. I've had it for about a week so can't rate on the longevity of use yet. I have a few complaints that dropped it to four stars I'd say more like 4.5 stars . First is there is a bit of a delay when transferring from the phone to the Bluetooth where you can't hear anything on the other end. Secon is the foam microphone cover. It is a little more bulky than I would like which I feel also affects the voice quality for anyone that I am talking to.

Great headset from a big time user
This headset is as good as my parrot headset and is lighter. I ran it for more than 22 hours solid on 2 days where there was non ending chatter. Battery life is very good. I had all of those hours to experience the sound quality and found it quite good with plenty of volume. I did ask those on the support call if they could tell me how well they could hear me, and they reported it was loud and clear. I asked if anybody could hear my keyboard as I type and it was reported as being only barely noticeable. THAT was a great test of noise cancellation because others on the call were immediately asked to go on mute because keyboards are very loud. I never had to go on mute. It is easy to join the Bluetooth and fast to reconnect at power on. I have used Blue Parrot BT 250 and 450 headsets for years and this headset is as good or better in every way. As long as this brand of headset is in business I will buy it. The best thing I want to report is the support by the vendor/ manufacturer. I had an issue with a bad unit and I have never had better support and communication from anybody since the beginning of my time here on earth. I am for real. This headset is for real.

Works great and great distance - lower battery power and intermittent issues
I use this over a VPN for VOIP phones at work. I bought this and it was a godsend at first, but I then discovered a couple of flaws. One, the battery length does not last my entire shift (9-12 hours), so I have to charge it on lunchtime to be safe. Second, on calls it will periodically make a screeching noise that does not go away for a good 30 seconds, or unless you rejoin the call. There doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason why it does this, as it happens in the same location and during different VOIP phone software. As this issue is very obnoxious, I tend to use it as a backup when I need wireless (I have a nice Jabra one as well but the dongle is missing). Quality and range is excellent, however, and pairs directly to Bluetooth adapter on computer, no dongle needed.
